Meet Coach David
Building better players and better people through passion, purpose, and a commitment to growth.

A lifetime shaped by basketball
Basketball has been part of Coach David's life since growing up in Chicago, Illinois. He competed at Maine East High School, continued at Oakton Community College, and later played semi-professional basketball.
In 2011, he turned that passion into a coaching mission. For approximately 15 years, he has helped athletes improve their skills, confidence, basketball IQ, leadership, and understanding of the game.
He founded Windy City Movement to inspire young athletes who love basketball and help them develop their natural talent into lasting progress.
Grow
Encourage each athlete to embrace challenges, consistency, and personal improvement.
Develop
Build a complete foundation of skills, understanding, habits, and confidence.
Compete
Prepare players to apply what they learn with composure in real basketball situations.
Every athlete gets 100%
Coach David believes great coaching is more than demonstrating drills. It means investing fully in the athlete, teaching with energy, and sharing a genuine passion for the game.
Beginners and advanced players receive the same level of preparation, focus, and encouragement. Training is purposeful, detail-oriented, and built around the athlete's next stage of development.
The goal is not simply to make players work hard. The goal is to help them understand how and why they are improving.
